Welcome to The Point Homeowners Association Inc.
The Point is a special community on the Eastern Shore of Maryland located within the area known as Ocean Pines. The Point encompasses over 200 properties including building lots, homes, condominiums, and a residential medical facility surrounded by the bays and water ways just west of Ocean City Maryland.
Because The Point is part of the Ocean Pines community, the residents have access to all of the Ocean Pines amenities which include beach front parking, a golf course, yacht club, marinas, tennis/paddle ball/platform courts, five swimming pools and other facilities.
The Point HOA administers the community comprising the area known as Section 17 of Ocean Pines. The Point is an upscale community including amenities such as street lights, upgraded signage, large fishing pond and a large open space recreation area which sets The Point apart from other areas of Ocean Pines.
This site provides a single place where Members can find news and information about the community as well as critical documents.
